How To Ski Down Mount Everest

Before climbing a mountain, you need some major preparations:

You certainly need to be physically and psychologically fit.

You must have people in the group who know first aid and large you have a first aid kit.

Make sure you have a timetable in place, because of the dangers involved.

The mountain climbing you, how long it should take, how and under way, and where will you begin your consent.

Bring a camera to view and record your trip. A cell phone for emergencies and to call someone to share your enthusiasm when you do at first.

Some guidelines for climbing

This is not a good idea to be stolen or driven at an altitude above 3,000 meters. Start your walk at least that.

Once more than 3000 meters, Travel in increments of 300 meters each day, thats it, any more than that.

Climb up during the day and sleep at an altitude lower than the night.

If high altitude symptoms start to affect you, stop climbing higher. If symptoms get worse, descend immediately.

You'll need to drink plenty of fluids, hiking dehydrates your body very fast when climbing at high altitude, which increases as the temperature does.

Does the rise at a slow pace and that you enjoy your climb.

Stay away from alcohol, tobacco and other vices that will play havoc with your body and your mind at these high altitudes.

George Mallory and Andrew Irvine on June 6 1924, made an attempt on the summit from which they never returned.

An eyewitness said he saw the group reach the summit.

A total of 808 climbers have reached and was on the summit, 764 men and 44 women. There were 161 deaths, 36 of the descent.
